 Ahbarak.com will return your goods if it is matching the following requirements:

1 - Return request should be submitted on Ahbarak.com within and maximum of three working days after the delivery date.

2 - Return items should be in its original packaging.

3 - Return items should NOT be opened, scratched or shredded.

4 - Return items should NOT be used.

5 - Return items have to be in it is delivery condition and NOT missing any of its parts.

6 - The original stamped invoice & warranty card should be attached with the return items

7 - According the health ministry and trade ministry rules, there are some products are non-returnable, so the product should NOT be one of them and it’s listed on Ahbarak.com as follows:

·      DVD CD’S

·      Electronic memory devices such as USB, Flash memory …etc.

·      Under wears.

·      Swimming wears.

·      Perfumes.

·      Lingerie.

·      Personal care products.
